It is a project carried out with the help of ISI (Indian Social Institute) Bangalore. Cadre Formation and Capacity Building is a regional platform developed in South India for different stakeholders (Dalits, Adivasis, Fisher People, Dalit Christians, Unorganized Labourers, Migrants and Minorities) for greater campaign, advocacy and lobbying towards sustainable leadership for emancipation of the marginalized communities through access to their rights and entitlements. Cadre Formation and Capacity Building are initiated through the Partner Organizations for mobilizing, engaging and training cadres in South India.
Cadre Formation and Capacity Building helps the cadres to take up the social, political, economic and cultural issues of their respective communities and work towards their emancipation through access to their rights and entitlements. Cadre Formation and Capacity Building is to create a sustainable organic leadership among the Marginalized Communities for greater access to their entitlements and rights through advocacy and lobbying for policy changes for emancipation. ISI (Indian Social Institute) phased out the training for Cadre Formation and Capacity Building.
